Job Title: Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer Location: Central London (Zones 13) Salary: £38,000 £42,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, covering a portfolio of sites across Central London.<br><br>Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.<br><br>This role involves working across a mix of corporate office buildings and residential landlord areas, as part of a well-established 3-person foot mobile team.<br><br>The Role: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.<br><br>Electrical maintenance including emergency lighting, power and lighting systems.<br><br>Supporting general building services maintenance across multiple sites.<br><br>Fault finding and diagnosing issues within commercial environments.<br><br>Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards.<br><br>Travelling between sites across Zones 13 (expenses covered).<br><br>Package: £38,000 £42,000 basic salary Monday to Friday working hours (8am5pm) Regular overtime available (minimum 2 weekends per month) Travel expenses covered across Zones 13 25 days annual leave bank holidays Pension scheme Sick pay Life insurance Ongoing training and progression opportunities Requirements: Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).<br><br>Experience within building services or commercial maintenance.<br><br>Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.<br><br>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. xwzovoh <br><br>This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Engineer looking for a mobile role without driving , offering excellent overtime potential, structured hours, and long-term career progression.
