The company delivers complex, low-volume, high-specification vehicle programmes and is continuing to grow its engineering and manufacturing capability.</p><p><br></p><p>The business operates in a highly regulated environment and places strong emphasis on quality, safety, and technical compliance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the Electrical Engineering function across multiple specialist vehicle programmes.</p><p><br></p><p>You will lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians, taking ownership of electrical system design, sourcing, installation and compliance across 12V, 110V and 240V systems.</p><p><br></p><p>The role is fully on-site and suited to someone comfortable operating in a manufacturing and build environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering and Technician teams</li><li>Oversee design, development and installation of vehicle electrical systems</li><li>Ensure compliance with customer specifications and relevant industry standards</li><li>Act as technical authority for electrical systems within the business</li><li>Support continuous improvement across safety, quality and reliability</li><li>Work closely with production, design and operations teams</li><li>Support sourcing and approval of electrical components and suppliers</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Electrical Engineering role</li><li>Proven leadership experience within engineering or manufacturing environments</li><li>Strong xwzovoh LV electrical systems background</li><li>Experience within automotive or vehicle environments beneficial but not essential</li><li>Proactive, driven, and comfortable taking ownership of a department</li><li>Happy working fully on-site in a senior leadership role</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What’s on Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Senior leadership role within an established engineering business</li><li>Long-term stability with scope to influence systems and processes</li><li>Exposure to complex, regulated vehicle programmes</li><li>Opportunity to build and shape an engineering function</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If this role is of interest, please apply via LinkedIn or email <strong> </strong></p>
