Our approach to everything we do is underpinned by our <strong>Values of:</strong></p><p><strong>Safe</strong></p><p><strong>Trust</strong></p><p><strong>Respect</strong></p><p><strong>Challenge</strong></p><p><strong>Deliver</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>Responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across project site.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments.</li><li>Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company policies.</li><li>Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.</li><li>Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices.</li><li>Develop Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and method statement reviews.</li><li>Maintain safety records, permits, and inspection logs.</li><li>Coordinate emergency response drills and preparedness plans.</li><li>Ensure safe lifting operations and scaffold inspections.</li><li>Advise management on continuous HSE improvements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.</li><li>NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred.</li><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction or M&E projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of safety legislation and reporting.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Application Process</strong></p><p>If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the qualifications outlined above, we encourage you to apply.
