eCommerce Sales Executive

Central Employment are looking to recruit an eCommerce Sales Executive, to join a fast growing Newcastle based manufacturing and distribution clients.<br><br>Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.<br><br>This role will oversee all the ecommerce sites they operate on, which is a major increasing sales area for there online trade arm.<br><br>The eCommerce Sales Executive will ensure sales are despatched on time (from stock or from a supplier), communicated with the customer to ensure orders received and all orders across all sites invoiced at a profit.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:- Oversee incoming orders, ensuring timely processing and dispatch.<br><br>Coordinate stock availability and supplier lead times to meet delivery commitments.<br><br>Build and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce customers and suppliers Serve as the primary contact for queries, updates, and issue resolution.<br><br>Monitor and maintain accurate price levels across platforms.<br><br>Ensure all orders meet profitability targets before processing.<br><br>Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) when required.<br><br>Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.<br><br>Track order performance and identify areas for improvement.<br><br>Provide regular updates to management on account health and profitability.<br><br>Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in ecommerce account management or a similar role.<br><br>Strong understanding of order processing and supply chain coordination.<br><br>Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. xwzovoh <br><br>Proficient in MS Office and ecommerce platforms Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
