This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and deliver high-quality early education within a nurturing and inclusive setting.</p><p>The centre is committed to providing a safe, stimulating environment where children's wellbeing and development come first. Staff are encouraged to bring creativity and energy into their practice, supporting children through engaging, play-based learning experiences.</p><p>Role Overview</p><p>Position: Early Years EducatorStart Date: ASAPLocation: LeicestershirePay: Dependant upon experience Hours: 08:30am - 5:30pmContract: Full-time, 5 days per week</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>In this role, you will support children's learning and development during their early years, including:</p><ul><li>Planning and delivering creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS</li><li>Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental needs through play</li><li>Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment</li><li>Observing and assessing progress to inform next steps</li><li>Promoting positive behaviour and supporting overall wellbeing</li><li>Working closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of practice</li><li>Building strong relationships with parents and carers</li><li>Following safeguarding procedures at all times</li></ul><p>The Ideal Candidate Will:</p><ul><li>Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years</li><li>Have a solid understanding xwzovoh of the EYFS framework</li><li>Hold a valid Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate (essential)</li><li>Be nurturing, proactive, and passionate about early years education</li><li>Work well within a team and contribute positively to the setting</li><li>Be confident supporting children through play-based learning</li></ul><p>Interested in this opportunity?</p><p>If you're looking to make a real difference in a supportive early years environment, we would love to hear from you.</p><p>Please contact Dominic at Tradewind Recruitment:</p><ul><li>Call:</li><li>Email:</li></ul>
