Early Learning Practitioner (Full-Time)

<p>We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Learning Practitioner who would enjoy working as part of our experienced team in a lively and friendly environment.</p><p>The role will be split equally between our two sites and is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working 35 hours per week between the hours of 7.45 am and 6 pm.</p><br><br>Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.<br><b>Main Responsibilities: </b><p>Day-to-day tasks would include working as part of a team with shared responsibilities for:-</p><ul><li>Creating a stimulating learning environment which fosters creativity, curiosity and challenge.</li><li>Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues</li><li>Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety and welfare of the children</li><li>Making accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and developmental stage of the individual child</li><li>Using self-evaluation to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Demonstrating a commitment to on-going CPD eg training, weekly planning and monthly quality assurance/self-evaluation activities.</li></ul><p> </p><br><b>Ideal Candidate: </b><p>It is essential that interested candidates have an SVQ Level 3 (HNC) together with current SSSC registration as a Practitioner. xwzovoh   A BA in Childhood Practice will be considered desirable.</p><p>Our preference would be to appoint a candidate holding Level 3 Certificate in Forest School Programme Leadership or experience in Forest School/outdoor learning..</p><br>
