<p>Job Description</p><br>You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.<br><p>Dynamics 365 Developer - Permanent</p><p>Location: Leeds city centre x3 days per week</p><p>Salary: £50-65k - Plus great benefits</p><p>The Opportunity</p><p>We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Developer to join a newly established Power Platform function within a growing organisation.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a greenfield environment, helping to define best practice and shape platform standards from the ground up. You will work as part of a small, collaborative team delivering scalable, process-driven solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM and the wider Power Platform ecosystem.</p><p>The role offers strong development exposure, including building and enhancing model-driven and canvas apps, developing automated workflows, and contributing to intelligent automation initiatives using Copilot Studio and emerging AI capabilities.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Build, configure and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions</li><li>Develop model-driven and canvas Power Apps</li><li>Create and maintain Power Automate flows (approvals, integrations, automated processes)</li><li>Support the development of AI-driven and agentic automation capabilities</li><li>Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions</li><li>Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders and change teams</li><li>Contribute to platform standards and development best practice</li><li>You will engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul><p>Essential Skills & Experience</p><ul><li>Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM</li><li>Strong Power Platform development experience (Power Apps & Power Automate)</li><li>Understanding of workflow design, automation concepts and business process modelling</li><li>Working knowledge of C#, JavaScript, Dataverse and/or Microsoft cloud technologies</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li></ul><p>Desirable</p><ul><li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications</li><li>Experience within financial services or regulated environments</li><li>Exposure to Dynamics 365 Copilot and AI-enhanced CRM capabilities</li></ul><p>Interested? xwzovoh Please submit your updated CV to Dean Sadler-Parkes at Harvey Nash for immediate consideration.</p><p>Always use these settings</p>
