Duty Manager (Croydon Area) – Leisure Cover Roles Join the 4 Leisure Team and gain access to our dedicated staffing platform, where we regularly post a wide range of cover roles across leisure centres in South London.

We are currently recruiting Duty Managers specifically for the Croydon area.
Role Overview As part of our team, you will be offered flexible cover shifts across local leisure facilities, supporting smooth daily operations and ensuring a high standard of customer service and safety.
This is a key holder position, and you will be trained to open and close the building. xwzovoh
Pay & Benefits £17 per hour Fortnightly pay Zero-hour contract with full flexibility Freedom to choose and pick shifts that suit you Essential Requirements NPLQ or Pool Responder qualification (essential) Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Must have experience in a Duty Manager or similar team leader role If you are reliable, qualified, and looking for flexible work within leisure services, we would be keen to hear from you.
