<p><strong>Digital Performance Marketing Manager </strong></p><p><br><br>The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.<br></p><p><strong>Opportunity Available in Manchester & London</strong></p><p><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p><p>Own and drive the acquisition engine of the business, generating high-quality inbound leads and pipeline through paid media, website performance, and data-led decision making.</p><p>This role is accountable for turning marketing investment into measurable pipeline and revenue, owning performance strategy end-to-end and holding agencies and sales team accountable to commercial outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Skills Needed</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience in performance or acquisition marketing</li><li>Proven ability to manage and scale paid media through agencies</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills (HubSpot or similar CRM)</li><li>Experience with website optimisation and CRO</li><li>Commercial mindset with clear focus on pipeline and ROI</li><li>Strong stakeholder and agency management skills</li><li>Experience with copy writing for both paid and website channels</li><li>Experience reviewing leads with CRM to understand how these progress through the funnel, and working with sales team to drive and improve our follow-up and conversions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Acquisition Strategy & Funnel Ownership</strong></p><ul><li>Own the end-to-end acquisition strategy across all paid and digital channels</li><li>Manage performance from <strong>Click → Lead → Opportunity →</strong> <strong>Reservation</strong> not just top-of-funnel metrics</li><li>Forecast lead volume, conversion, and pipeline contribution from marketing activity</li><li>Continuously optimise funnel performance to improve lead quality and conversion</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Performance Marketing & Agency Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Own strategy and performance across:</li><li>Paid social</li><li>Paid search</li><li>Other paid acquisition channels</li><li>Lead and manage agency partners:</li><li>Set clear strategy, targets, and direction</li><li>Challenge performance and drive continuous improvement</li><li>Hold agencies accountable to pipeline and revenue outcomes (not just CPL)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Website & Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)</strong></p><ul><li>Own website performance as a core acquisition channel</li><li>Project manage new website build and ongoing improvements</li><li>Define and deliver CRO roadmap:</li><li>Landing page optimisation</li><li>Conversion improvements</li><li>User journey enhancements</li><li>Ensure the website effectively converts traffic into qualified leads</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Data, Reporting & Commercial Insights (HubSpot)</strong></p><ul><li>Use HubSpot to analyse:</li><li>Funnel performance</li><li>Lead quality xwzovoh and conversion rates</li><li>Pipeline generated from new leads</li><li>Build clear reporting on:</li><li>Channel performance</li><li>Campaign effectiveness</li><li>ROI and pipeline impact</li><li>Use insights to inform strategy, budget allocation, and optimisation</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Attribution & Performance Optimisation</strong></p><ul><li>Own understanding of channel attribution and performance</li><li>Identify where value is created across the funnel</li><li>Ensure accurate tracking and data flow across all platforms</li><li>Continuously optimise based on performance data</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Sales Alignment </strong></p><ul><li>Define and refine what a qualified lead looks like (MQL/SQL)</li><li>Use feedback from the sales team alongside data to improve lead quality and conversion</li><li>Ensure marketing activity generates sales-ready opportunities</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Salary: 40,000 - £50,000</p>
