<strong>Deputy Nursery Manager - Bexley</strong><br><br>Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.<br> Are you an experienced Early Years professional ready to step into a leadership role within a newly established setting?<br> A high-performing Trust is opening new nursery provisions in Bexley this September, as part of a major national investment into early years education. Based within established Primary Schools, these settings are designed to improve access to high-quality childcare and provide children with a strong foundation from the outset.<br> This is a shift-based role, working 6.5 hours per day on a rotating weekly pattern: 6:30am–1:30pm and 12:30pm–7:30pm.<br><strong>As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will:</strong><br><ul><li>Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting</li><li>Lead by example to maintain high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding</li><li>Assist in overseeing staff practice and supporting team development</li><li>Ensure a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment</li><li>Promote children’s language, communication, and social development</li></ul><strong>Deputy Nursery Manager - We are looking for someone who:</strong><br><ul><li>Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification</li><li>Has experience working in a nursery setting, with supervisory responsibilities</li><li>Has strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development</li><li>Understands safeguarding procedures and responsibilities</li></ul><strong>Deputy Nursery Manager - We offer:</strong><br><ul><li>The opportunity to join a brand-new nursery from launch</li><li>A supportive leadership team and clear progression pathways</li><li>Ongoing professional development opportunities</li><li>A well-resourced setting within an established Primary School</li></ul>Full-Time – Permanent - September 2026<br> Bexley 08 (Pro Rata) | 6.5 hours per day (Shift Pattern)<br> Ribbons & Reeves are London’s leading Education Recruiters.
