We are a thriving, high-quality nursery in the heart of Cambridge looking for a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager to join an amazing school.</p><p>The Role</p><p>This is a unique and varied leadership role that offers a perfect balance between frontline practice and management. The successful candidate will work across a 5-day week with a structured split:</p><ul><li>3 Days: Room-based, leading by example and supporting the team in providing excellent care.</li><li>1 Day: Dedicated to Special Educational Needs (SEN) coordination and support.</li><li>1 Day: Leadership and management time to assist the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day operations.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).</li><li>Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or senior role within a nursery setting is highly preferred.</li><li>Specialism: Experience or a strong interest in SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) duties is an advantage.</li><li>Attributes: A proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of EYFS requirements.</li></ul><p>About the Setting</p><p>Our nursery provides a warm and stimulating environment for up to 57 children across three specialized rooms: Baby, Toddler, and Preschool.
