It is successful both as a destination venue and a thriving local favourite with a loyal regular trade.<br>We are looking for a hands-on Deputy Manager with personality, energy and a genuine love for hospitality. Someone who enjoys being on the floor, behind the bar, chatting with guests from all walks of life and helping create a memorable customer experience every day.<br>This role would suit someone currently working within a quality gastro pub or fresh food pub operation who is looking to step into a business where they can really make their mark and progress their career.<br>What were looking for:<br>Experience within a quality gastro pub, premium food pub or fresh food restaurant operation<br>A strong host with excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage naturally with guests<br>Hands-on approach with the willingness to support across all areas of the business<br>Strong leadership skills with experience motivating, training and developing teams<br>Good commercial awareness including stock control, GP management and driving sales<br>High standards across food, drink and service delivery<br>Ambitious and eager to develop into a broader management role, including future involvement with the bedrooms side of the business<br>Experience from either quality independents, premium gastro pub groups or a combination of both would be ideal<br>The company offers excellent support, genuine progression opportunities, incentives, trips and a positive culture where hard work and personality are recognised and rewarded. xwzovoh <br>Package:<br>Starting salary around £34,000 depending on experience<br>Excellent tronc and tips<br>Company incentives and trips<br>Great training and development<br>Genuine long-term career progression<br>If you have the right background and are looking to join a genuinely exciting hospitality business with an excellent reputation, wed love to hear from you.
