We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our growing team at Grosvenor House Suites!<br><br>Not sure what skills you will need for this opportunity Simply read the full description below to get a complete picture of candidate requirements.<br>As a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry , you will work alongside a CDP - Pastry as well as a brigadeof 13 chefs to achieve the highest standards of food preparationand guest satisfaction. You will have a passion for all things food with an eagerness to learn in a 5* hotel environment.<br>Your main duties include:<br>Organising and setting up your assigned section of the kitchen<br>Preparing food efficiently to minimise waste and overall costs<br>Ensure a clean working space that meets clear hygienestandards<br>To ensure that all dishes are prepared consistently and according to our standard recipes<br>To always control the quality of the products you use to ensure consistent freshness and quality for our guests<br>This is a full time, 40 hour contract.
