Previous experience within the industry is not required a proactive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.<br>The Role<br>As a Data Processing & Production Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and managing client data for a variety of print production outputs. You will also act as a key support point for colleagues, ensuring data is processed accurately, efficiently, and securely at all times.<br>Key Duties<br>Preparing and processing client data for multiple print output formats<br>Logging incoming data and organising it for production workflows<br>Identifying and resolving data-related issues<br>Escalating technical or processing concerns to the Head of Print Output<br>Providing first-line technical support to team members when required<br>Producing and sharing processing schedules and reports as needed<br>Ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety standards<br>Completing all required training and development activities<br>Following Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) procedures<br>Supporting the wider team with additional tasks where necessary<br>About You<br>Confident user of PCs and IT systems<br>High level of accuracy and attention to detail<br>Strong problem-solving skills, particularly with data<br>Basic technical troubleshooting ability<br>Well organised with good time management skills<br>Positive, team-oriented approach<br>Eager to learn and develop new skills<br>Whats in it for You<br>Competitive salary package<br>Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekend work<br>Generous holiday entitlement that increases with length of service<br>Friendly and supportive working environment<br>Opportunity to build technical expertise within a specialist sector<br>At Pin Point Recruitment, we recognise that attitude and potential are just as valuable as experience.
