We are currently seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across Bradford on a supply basis.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain classroom experience, work flexibly, or continue their career within education.</p><p>The Role:</p><p>As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with pre-set work.</p><p>Duties Include:</p><p>Managing classroom behaviour effectively Delivering pre-planned work to students Supervising students in a calm and professional manner Supporting pupils with learning where required Ensuring a positive and productive classroom environment Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies Reporting back to teaching staff after lessons</p><p>The Ideal Candidate:</p><p>Previous experience working within UK secondary schools is essential Experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Tutor, or similar school-based role preferred Strong behaviour management skills Confident leading a classroom independently Excellent communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Good understanding of the UK education system and school expectations Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)</p><p>What We Offer:</p><p>Competitive daily rates of pay Flexible working to suit your schedule Opportunities in a variety of Bradford secondary schools Valuable classroom experience Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Potential long-term and permanent opportunities</p><p>All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
