They are looking to appoint a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive real, measurable change across operations.<br><br>This is a genuinely impactful role where you’ll have the autonomy to influence how things are done, working closely with leadership and shop-floor teams to embed best practice and improve performance across the board.<br><br>The Role<br><br>You’ll take ownership of continuous improvement activity across the site, championing lean methodologies and driving a culture of operational excellence.<br><br>Key responsibilities include:<br><br>Leading CI and Lean initiatives across multiple departments <br> <br>Facilitating Kaizen activities and value stream mapping <br> <br>Driving root cause analysis using structured problem-solving tools <br> <br>Implementing and sustaining 5S, standard work, and visual management <br> <br>Analysing data, tracking KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities <br> <br>Working closely with engineering, quality and operations teams <br> <br>Supporting hands-on improvements on the shop floor <br> <br>Embedding a proactive, solutions-focused culture <br><br>About You<br><br>We’re looking for someone who can influence, engage and deliver change, not just talk about it.<br><br>You will ideally have:<br><br>Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment <br> <br>Strong knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies <br> <br>Experience using tools such as 5 Why, 8D, DMAIC or Six Sigma <br> <br>Confidence working cross-functionally and engaging with shop-floor teams <br> <br>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions <br> <br>A hands-on, pragmatic approach to problem solving <br><br>A formal Lean qualification (Green Belt/Black Belt) would be advantageous but not essential. xwzovoh <br><br>Why Apply?<br><br>Opportunity to make a real impact in a business investing in improvement <br> <br>Strong backing from a wider, well-established group <br> <br>Collaborative, team-focused culture <br> <br>Clear opportunities for career progression and development
