You will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing while delivering person-centred support tailored to each individual.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs</li><li>Support clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation and maintaining their home environment</li><li>Encourage independence, choice and community inclusion</li><li>Support individuals to attend appointments, activities and social opportunities</li><li>Follow individual care plans and risk assessments at all times</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation</li><li>Work flexibly across weekdays, evenings and weekends</li><li>Communicate effectively with colleagues, families and other professionals</li></ul><p>Essential Requirements</p><ul><li>Minimum 6 months’ experience in the care sector</li><li>Caring, compassionate and empathetic nature</li><li>Reliable, hardworking and committed to delivering high-quality care</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults xwzovoh </li></ul><p>Desirable Requirements</p><ul><li>Full UK driving licence (drivers are an advantage)</li><li>Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs</li><li>Understanding of person-centred care and positive behaviour support</li></ul><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Competitive pay starting at £12.71 per hour</li><li>Flexible shift patterns</li><li>Ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>Supportive and inclusive working environment</li><li>The opportunity to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives</li></ul>
