<p>Job Description</p><br>Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.<br><p> </p><p>Harris Hill is delighted to be working with St Luke’s Hospice to recruit a passionate and creative Community Fundraiser (Products) to join their dedicated fundraising team.</p><p> </p><p>This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced community fundraiser to play a key role in developing and delivering inspiring fundraising products and campaigns that build strong supporter relationships and generate sustainable income for the Hospice.</p><p> </p><p>Reporting to the Community and Events Manager, you will lead on a portfolio of community fundraising activity, including ownership of the Hospice’s In Memory fundraising programme. You’ll create thoughtful, supporter focused journeys for people with a close personal connection to St Luke’s, ensuring every interaction is sensitive, engaging and impactful.</p><p> </p><p>Working collaboratively across fundraising, communications and supporter care teams, you’ll help shape innovative campaigns, analyse performance and deliver exceptional supporter experiences that strengthen long-term engagement.</p><p> </p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Leading the planning, delivery and evaluation of community fundraising campaigns and products</li><li>Managing and developing the In Memory fundraising programme</li><li>Creating engaging supporter stewardship journeys</li><li>Monitoring income, activity and performance data to inform future planning</li><li>Working collaboratively across teams to deliver integrated fundraising activity</li><li>Ensuring all fundraising activity complies with relevant regulations and best practice</li></ul><p>To be successful, you will have:</p><ul><li>Experience delivering community fundraising campaigns or products</li><li>Strong supporter stewardship experience, ideally including In Memory fundraising</li><li>Excellent project management and communication skills</li><li>Experience using CRM systems and analysing supporter data</li><li>A collaborative approach and passion for delivering excellent supporter experiences</li></ul><p>If you are a relationship-focused fundraiser looking to join a compassionate and values-led organisation making a real difference in the community, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p> </p><p>Salary: up to £32,000 per annum</p><p>Contract type: Permanent, full time</p><p>Location: London, Harrow, hybrid working- 2 days in the office</p><p>Deadline: 28th May at 8am</p><p>Interview: 9th June</p><p>                      </p><p>Recruitment process: Cv and Supporting Statement to</p><p> </p><p>If this sounds like you, then please do get in touch ASAP!</p><p>As leading charity recruitment specialists and a certified B Corp™, Harris Hill is committed to high and ever-improving standards of equitable and inclusive recruitment. xwzovoh We actively welcome applications from all sections of the community regardless of age, disability, gender, race, religion, sexuality and other protected characteristics.</p><p> </p>
