From one-off installations to full turnkey projects and complete asset management, we work with some of the most prestigious venues in the country.</p><p>Our field engineering team is the backbone of what we do — and we're expanding it.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Commercial Refrigeration Engineer with F-Gas certification and a minimum of 6 years' commercial experience to join our established team.</p><p><br></p><p>You will be repairing, servicing and maintaining a range of technically varied refrigeration systems — from localised self-contained units through to remote condenser and pack systems (depending on experience) — across some of London and the Home Counties' most prestigious hospitality environments. Brands include Williams, Foster, True, Adande, Hoshizaki, Precision, Polar and more.</p><p><br></p><p>We cover Central London, Greater London and the Home Counties. You should be within easy commuting distance of London and ideally our offices in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Fit:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 6 years' experience in fault-finding, repairing and maintaining commercial refrigeration equipment — essential</li><li>F-Gas certification — essential</li><li>Experience with a range of refrigerants typical to the hospitality sector e.g. R290, R134a, R32, R404a, R600a plus others (experience with CO2/transcritical systems advantageous but not essential)</li><li>Experience across a range of system types: Localised/self-contained systems (fridges, cold rooms, ice machines, blast chillers) (Remote condenser and pack/centralised systems advantageous but not essential)</li><li>Experience in the hospitality or commercial kitchen sector strongly preferred</li><li>Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding ability across a range of manufacturers and equipment types</li><li>Confident communicating directly with clients including facilities managers, client-side engineers and kitchen teams</li><li>Competent in using Field Service Management software on a mobile device or tablet</li><li>Excellent time management and ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Full UK Driving Licence</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><ul><li>Attending breakdown callouts and carrying out repairs across all types of commercial refrigeration equipment found in the hospitality sector</li><li>Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and servicing of refrigeration equipment on a scheduled basis</li><li>Working collaboratively as part of an established field engineering team, and independently on day-to-day callouts</li><li>Dealing directly with clients on-site, including facilities managers, client-side engineers and kitchen staff</li><li>Shift pattern runs 6am–2pm, with the choice of joining our early or late shift team</li><li>Operating across Central London, Greater London and the Home Counties</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>On-Call:</strong></p><ul><li>1-in-5 weekend on-call rota with a standby payment</li><li>Calls attended are paid at enhanced rates:</li><li>Saturday: 1.5x</li><li>Sunday and Bank Holidays: 2x</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary xwzovoh and Progression:</strong></p><ul><li>£50,500–£56,800 inclusive of door-to-door travel pay (£40,000–£45,000 DOE basic salary)</li><li>Annual pay reviews</li><li>Overtime available above basic salary with no cap on additional earnings</li><li>Weekend on-call standby payment plus enhanced rates as above</li><li>Genuine pathway to Team Leader or Senior Engineer for the right candidate</li><li>Continuous manufacturer training and technical development</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Can Offer You:</strong></p><ul><li>£50,500–£56,800 inclusive of door-to-door travel pay (£40,000–£45,000 DOE basic salary) + overtime</li><li>Door-to-door pay — your working day starts and ends at home, with no timesheets required; lunch breaks are paid as part of your working day</li><li>6am–2pm shift pattern, giving you your afternoons</li><li>1-in-5 weekend on-call at enhanced rates</li><li>Fully equipped company van, including Apple CarPlay / Android Auto, Air conditioning, Bespoke, secure tool and parts racking, Fuel card, Pre-paid parking app</li><li>Mobile phone / tablet</li><li>Professional uniform</li><li>28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays, increasing to 25 days plus Bank Holidays (33 days total) with length of service</li><li>Wellbeing Employee Assistance Programme</li><li>Company pension and life insurance</li><li>20% discount on EE phone contracts & SIMs</li><li>Cycle-to-work scheme</li><li>The opportunity to work across some of London's most prestigious 5-star hotels and premium restaurants</li><li>Paid company social meals at project sites</li></ul>
