ROLE: Commercial Director<br><br>Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.<br>LOCATION: Leeds<br>SALARY: circa £60- 65,000 per year + Bonus + Excel lent Benefits<br><br>A high-profile 4-star hotel in Leeds is looking for a strategic and results-focused Commercial Director to take full ownership of the hotel's total revenue strategy across bedrooms, meetings & events, reservations and proactive sales. This role is ideal for an ambitious Commercial Director or senior hotel commercial leader looking for a highly visible position with real influence across total hotel performance.<br><br>We are specifically seeking someone with strong knowledge of the Leeds hotel market, alongside proven experience within both branded and independent hotels and a strong background in both Rooms and Meetings & Events revenue management.<br><br>You will oversee the onsite commercial office across Reservations, Meetings & Events Sales, ensuring all departments are aligned to deliver strong commercial performance and exceptional customer experience.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>You will lead and develop an established onsite commercial office of 8 across Reservations and Meetings & Events Sales.<br>Manage and develop the onsite commercial office team of 8<br>Drive proactive sales activity, conversion and market share growth<br>Oversee both Rooms Revenue Management and Meetings & Events Revenue strategy<br>Build strong local corporate and agency relationships within the Leeds market<br>Work closely with senior operational leaders to deliver commercial success across the hotel<br>Analyse performance trends, competitor activity and forecasting to maximise profitability<br><br>About You<br>Demonstrable experience in both Rooms Revenue Management and M&E Revenue Management<br>Strong knowledge of the Leeds hotel market and local demand drivers<br>Experienced managing multi-functional commercial teams<br>Commercially strategic, hands-on and highly relationship driven<br>Able to influence stakeholders and lead from the front<br><br>The hotel is entering an exciting commercial phase, making this an ideal opportunity for a commercially ambitious leader who enjoys driving performance and shaping strategy. xwzovoh <br><br>Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this role.
