<p>Job Description</p><br>The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.<br><p>Commercial Administrator (Quotes & Contracts)</p><p>Location: ChichesterJob Type: Full-time 3 months fixed term contract</p><p>Hours - 9am-5pm</p><p>Salary: starting from £26,500</p><p>Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our team and support our commercial and operational activities.</p><p>The Role</p><p>This is a varied and important role where you will support the preparation of quotations, management of service contracts, and day-to-day commercial administration.</p><p>You will be working closely with internal teams and clients, so strong communication skills and attention to detail are key.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Preparing and issuing quotations accurately and within deadlines</li><li>Managing and maintaining service contracts and related documentation</li><li>Updating and maintaining customer and contract records within the CRM system</li><li>Logging client interactions, quotations, and updates on the CRM</li><li>Handling client enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner</li><li>Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks</li><li>Assisting with pricing, costings, and commercial information</li><li>Keeping records and systems up to date and organised</li><li>Supporting contract renewals and amendments</li><li>Monitoring deadlines and helping ensure contractual requirements are met</li></ul><p>Skills & Experience</p><ul><li>Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or similar role</li><li>Self-starter</li><li>Confident and professional telephone manner</li><li>Strong organisational skills and attention xwzovoh to detail</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)</li><li>Experience working with quotations, contracts, or similar processes (desirable)</li><li>Experience using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) is an advantage</li><li>Able to manage and update data accurately</li></ul><p>How to Apply</p><p>If you are organised, reliable, and confident communicating with clients, we would love to hear from you.
