This is an excellent opportunity to develop your commercial expertise within a supportive, well-established business.<br><br>What you’ll be doing:<br>Working closely with senior Account Directors on a diverse SME & commercial portfolio<br>Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a high standard of service<br>Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy administration<br>Producing documentation including invoices, policy summaries and certificates<br>Assisting with presenting risks to insurers and negotiating competitive terms<br>Managing your own small commercial book<br>Identifying cross-sell and new business opportunities<br><br>About you:<br>Experience within commercial or SME insurance<br>Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills<br>Ability to manage workload effectively with minimal supervision<br>Experience xwzovoh with Acturis<br>Proactive, detail-focused and client-driven approach<br><br>You will be rewarded with:<br>Clear career progression within commercial broking<br>Supportive, knowledgeable team environment<br>Competitive salary, bonus and flexible benefits<br>Central Reading location with excellent transport links<br><br>For more information and a confidential chat please contact Marion on (phone number removed)
