With a workforce of more than 130,000 employees worldwide, our client is dedicated to making healthcare accessible, affordable, and effective for all.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>As a Production CNC Technician, you will play a vital role within the Operations team, supporting</p><p>engineering processes including the programming, setting, and operation of advanced CNC</p><p>machinery (5-axis Milling, Turning, surface grinding, etc.). You will also contribute to inspection</p><p>activities such as CMM and automated surface finish inspection.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Operate multi-axis CNC machinery, associated ancillary equipment, and CMM measuring</p><p>equipment safely and reliably</p><p>• Accurately interpret detailed technical drawings and work instructions</p><p>• Develop innovative manufacturing initiatives to improve lead times and maximize value</p><p>• Conduct asset care routines on equipment, including minor maintenance (e.g., lubrication,</p><p>filter changes)</p><p>• Prioritize your workload and work flexibly to meet tight deadlines within health, safety, and</p><p>environmental guidelines</p><p>• Foster effective communication and working relationships within your team and across</p><p>departments</p><p>• Apply GMP practices, internal quality systems, and methods to all aspects of your work</p><p>• Operate computer systems and software such as ADAPTIV, Seiki Systems (DNC), NX, and JDE</p><p>• Maintain housekeeping xwzovoh standards and champion 6S practices in your work area</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Experience & Skills</strong></p><p>• Proven experience in a similar CNC programming, setting, and operating role</p><p>• Recognized qualification or demonstrated skills in CNC machine programming (Fanuc,</p><p>Mazotrol, Heidenhain, or Mill Plus)</p><p>• Ideally, experience in the medical device sector (other regulated industries considered)</p><p>• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing</p><p>• Familiarity with GMP practices and validation (medical device industry experience preferred)</p><p>• Basic experience with 6S, Operator Asset Care, and Lean manufacturing</p><p>• Understanding of quality systems and related standards</p><p>• Proactive approach to continuous improvement</p>
