<p><strong>Civil Works Superintendent – Carbon Capture & Storage Project</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Talacre, North Wales UK</p><p><strong>Contract:</strong> 18 months (to project completion)</p><p><strong>IR35:</strong> Outside IR35</p><p><strong>Working Pattern:</strong> Full-time, up to 5.5 days/week as required</p><p><strong>Rate: </strong>Highly Competitive - Happy to discuss on phone, depends on experience</p><p><br><br>Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.<br></p><p>Ceto Talent are supporting a major Carbon Capture & Storage project and are looking to engage an experienced <strong>Civil Superintendent/Works Manager, </strong>to support site delivery on a long-term basis.</p><p>This is a key position overseeing civil construction activities on a complex, large-scale infrastructure project, with a strong focus on coordination, supervision, and safe delivery of works.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil works on site, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and programme requirements.</p><p>Working closely with contractors and site teams, you will play a critical role in supervising works, resolving site issues, and maintaining progress across multiple work fronts.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise and manage civil construction activities on site</li><li>Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are executed to plan</li><li>Oversee installation works including piping and associated civil interfaces</li><li>Manage dewatering activities and ensure effective site conditions</li><li>Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and project procedures</li><li>Monitor progress and provide updates to project leadership</li><li>Lead and support site teams, driving performance and accountability</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience in project/site-based roles</li><li>Strong background in civil works supervision/management xwzovoh on major infrastructure or energy projects</li><li>Proven experience across <strong>Reinforced Concrete, Piling, Dewatering, and Site delivery</strong></li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors on site</li><li>Experience working in large-scale industrial, energy, or construction environments</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><ul><li>Contractor role, 18 months to project completion</li><li>Outside IR35 engagement</li><li>Benchmark rates required as part of the process</li><li>Start: January / February 2026</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Please contact Jasmine @ Ceto Talent via <strong> | </strong> (whatsapp)</p>
