This is a contract opportunity operating outside IR35, offering long-term project stability and hybrid working.</p><p>You will provide hands-on technical expertise across the full project lifecycle, supporting design, coordination, and delivery on critical water industry schemes.</p><p><br></p><p>About Our Client:</p><p>Our client is a well-established UK engineering consultancy with a strong presence in the water sector. They are recognised for delivering technically robust, sustainable solutions and for working collaboratively with contractors, clients, and stakeholders across major programmes.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Project Delivery</p><p>·Support and deliver water sector projects from design through to completion</p><p>·Provide technical input and problem-solving support to project teams</p><p>·Ensure work is delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards</p><p>Client & Stakeholder Collaboration</p><p>·Work closely with clients to understand scope and requirements</p><p>·Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders</p><p>Cross-Disciplinary Working</p><p>·Coordinate with contractors, structural engineers, and environmental specialists</p><p>·Contribute to a collaborative and solutions-focused project environment</p><p>Quality & Compliance</p><p>·Apply quality assurance procedures to all engineering outputs</p><p>·Review designs and documentation to ensure compliance with standards</p><p>Innovation & Best Practice</p><p>·Keep up to date with industry standards, guidance, and emerging technologies</p><p>·Contribute to efficient, sustainable engineering solutions</p><p><br></p><p>What Our Client is Looking For:</p><p>·Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)</p><p>·Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the UK water industry</p><p>·Strong background in water infrastructure (trunk mains, distribution mains, strategic connections)</p><p>·Experience with non-infrastructure xwzovoh works such as production site civils and structural alterations</p><p>·Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant design tools</p><p>·Ability to work autonomously within a contract environment</p><p><br></p><p>What Our Client Offers:</p><p>·£35–£45 per hour, Outside IR35</p><p>·Hybrid working model</p><p>·Long-term contract potential</p><p>·Exposure to significant UK water infrastructure programmes</p><p>·A professional, delivery-focused environment</p><p><br></p><p>Eligibility:</p><p>·Right to work in the UK</p><p>·Proven UK water sector experience</p><p><br></p><p>Opportunity for Growth:</p><p>This contract offers the chance to extend, move across projects, and build long-term relationships within a consultancy delivering sustained water sector programmes.</p>
