Were looking for a Chef Manager to oversee a busy catering operation and lead a dedicated team.<br>What Youll Be Doing:<br>As our Chef Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:<br>Leading and motivating a great cross functioning team<br>Designing and delivering high-quality, seasonal menus<br>Ensuring smooth, efficient service every day<br>Managing budgets, stock, ordering, and supplier relationships<br>Maintaining the highest food safety and health & safety standards<br>Creating a positive, supportive team culture<br>What Were Looking For:<br>Experience as a Chef Manager or Senior Chef in a similar setting<br>Strong leadership and communication skills<br>Passion for fresh xwzovoh food and outstanding service<br>Excellent understanding of HACCP, allergens, and food hygiene standards<br>Confident managing budgets and operational processes<br>Whats on Offer:<br>£35,000 annual salary<br>Daytime hours, MondayFriday<br>A term-time schedule offering worklife balance<br>Supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth
