There is complimentary onsite parking available.<br><br>Job Duties for Chef De Partie<br><br>Manage and run your designated section during prep and service<br>Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard<br>Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices<br>Support menu development and contribute creative ideas<br>Train and mentor Commis Chefs and junior team members<br>Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist with ordering<br>Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth service<br>Uphold kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and equipment care<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant environment.<br>Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and kitchen management.<br>Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.<br>Able to perform consistently in a fast-paced kitchen environment<br>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences. xwzovoh <br><br>If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply.
