This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on chef who enjoys producing great food for a discerning membership in a friendly, professional environment.<br>You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, freshly prepared food across a wide range of services, from daily clubhouse dining to team matches, private functions and special events.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day management of the kitchen<br>Preparing and cooking fresh food for members and events<br>Supporting the planning and delivery of menus for matches, private functions and themed evenings<br>Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation<br>Ensuring full compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations<br>Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering<br>Supporting food cost control while maintaining excellent quality<br>Working closely with the Front of House team to coordinate events<br><br>Key Requirements<br><br>Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up<br>Passion for cooking fresh food from scratch<br>Strong organisational and time-management skills<br>Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards<br>Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude<br>Own transport essential due to rural location<br> xwzovoh <br>Salary & Benefits<br><br>£29,000 - £30,000 per annum<br>Full-time position with sociable working hours<br>28 days annual leave<br>Company pension scheme<br>Cycle to work scheme<br>Discounted or free meals on duty<br>Free on-site parking<br>Sector<br>Catering<br>Skills<br>Chef de partie<br>Hours Pattern<br>Hours Comments<br>General Comments<br>Interview Email Description<br>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
