Job Opportunity: Chef de Partie - Casual at Evertons Hill Dickinson Stadium<br><br>If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.<br><br>Key Responsibilities: Kitchen Duties:<br>Perform kitchen duties and production as directed by the Senior Kitchen Management Team.<br>Maintain records and carry out necessary temperature checks.<br>Ensure all dish specifications are followed and adhered to.<br><br>Health & Safety:<br>Deliver an operation with health and safety at the heart of everything you do.<br>Implement company processes for hygiene and safety.<br>Ensure compliance with food hygiene, COSHH, and due diligence systems.<br><br>Operational Excellence:<br>Liaise with kitchen and front of house staff for service standards.<br>Ensure staff uniforms comply with company and legal standards.<br>Follow opening and closing procedures and communicate issues to the Senior Management Team.<br><br>Personnel Management:<br>Supervise team members<br>Ensure prompt time management and deal with day-to-day problems.<br>Assist in company training programs and keep personal training up-to-date.<br><br>Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of food handling and food safety standards.<br>Full awareness of allergen and calorie procedures.<br>Positive and passionate focus on food and hospitality.<br>Experience in a similar environment.<br>Ability to communicate effectively between front and back of house teams.<br>Calm, resilient, and problem-solving skills.<br>Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.<br>Why Join Us?
