<p><strong>Safeguarding Caseworker x 3 (Remote – Temp from June 1st to mid-October 2026)</strong></p><br>Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.<br><p>I am delighted to be working with a fantastic children’s charity in search of three highly organised, calm-under-pressure, Safeguarding Caseworkers to support this international non-profit organisation. This fully remote role focuses on managing safeguarding concerns across a global network, ensuring timely, proportionate, and child-centred responses.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You will lead safeguarding cases from initial report through to resolution, working with colleagues, volunteers, and partners across multiple countries. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, consistent decision-making in line with organisational policy and local legislation.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Receive and triage safeguarding concerns, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses</li><li>Manage cases end-to-end: risk assessment, action planning, referrals, and closure</li><li>Advise staff and volunteers on safeguarding thresholds and reporting</li><li>Liaise with statutory agencies and escalate high-risk cases where needed</li><li>Collaborate across time zones to maintain consistent global coverage</li></ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul> <li>Experienced safeguarding professional (e.g. child protection, social work, case management)</li><li>Confident managing complex cases, including multi-agency coordination</li><li>Calm, discreet, and resilient, with strong judgement and interpersonal skills</li><li>Culturally aware and comfortable working across international contexts</li><li>Fluent in English plus Spanish or Portuguese (preferred)</li></ul> <p><strong>Working Arrangements</strong></p><ul> <li>Full-time, remote</li><li>Immediate xwzovoh start preferred</li><li>8-hour working day, with flexibility on start/finish times</li><li>Some evening work as part of team coverage</li><li>Occasional weekend work may be required (agreed in advance)</li></ul> <p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><ul> <li>Subject to appropriate background checks (e.g. enhanced DBS or equivalent)</li><li>Candidates without current clearance will be clearance checked</li></ul> <p><strong>If you have the above skills and experience and are available from 1st June, please apply online today, I would love to have a conversation with you!</strong></p>
