The development comprises 350 residential apartments across three blocks and benefits from a range of on-site amenities, including a landscaped courtyard, meeting rooms, a car park, and a fully equipped gym<br>Key Responsibilities and Requirements:<br>As a Caretaker at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:<br>Clearing rubbish and maintaining drains to ensure cleanliness and proper function.<br>Conducting routine checks, including emergency light inspections.<br>Performing gardening duties such as regular lawn mowing and occasional hedge trimming.<br>Ensuring rooftops are clean and free of debris.<br>Addressing maintenance concerns promptly, including basic plumbing and carpentry tasks.<br>Reporting serious maintenance issues to the property management team for resolution.<br>Maintaining the overall well-being and appearance of the development.<br>How to Apply:<br>Ready for this incredible opportunity?
