Car Sales Controller

Renault Bristol East is looking for a Sales Controller to join our busy dealership at the Kingswood, Bristol location (BS15).  You’ll be assisting the Sales Manager in implementing the new and used car sales policy.<br><br>Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.<br><br>Why join us<br><br>A basic salary of £28,738 pa OTE £57,000 pa<br> <br>Company car <br> <br>33 days’ annual leave including Bank Holidays (with the option to buy or sell additional days)<br> <br>Pension scheme with life assurance cover<br> <br>Share Incentive Scheme<br> <br>Brand new car on our Loan Plan Car scheme<br> <br>Staff discounts on vehicles, parts, servicing, and accessories<br> <br>Free Mortgage and pension advice seminars<br> <br>Cycle?to?Work scheme, including e?bikes<br> <br>Discounted gym membership<br> <br>Enhanced Maternity and Paternity policies<br> <br>Opportunities to progress your career and excellent Manufacturer training<br><br>What you’ll be doing<br><br>Developing the necessary sales volumes to meet sales and profitability objectives<br> <br>Maximising sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers to meet sales forecast<br> <br>Ensuring budgets and sales objectives are met by support to direct selling staff, to control margin within each deal<br> <br>Ensuring optimum display in terms of both numbers and quality of the used stock<br> <br>Maintaining direct liaison with manufacturer representatives and all other contacts<br> <br>Help formulate marketing plan and initiate car sales promotions<br> <br>Reviewing all pricing policies, discounts and 'trade in' dealing with respect to sales to maintain dealership profitability<br><br>What you’ll bring<br><br>Experience in motor vehicle retail preferably with a main dealer<br> <br>A proven track record of successfully delivering monthly financial and volume-based targets<br> <br>Knowledge of financial products and services<br> <br>Excellent communication and negotiation skills<br> <br>Ability to deliver outstanding customer service<br> <br>Determination to succeed and professionalism<br> <br>Full UK driving licence<br><br>Working pattern<br><br>You’ll be working 45 hours per week. xwzovoh   The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm, Saturday 8.30am-5.30pm.  With a day off during the week and no Sunday working as we are closed on that day.<br><br>Interested?  Apply NOW
