An all year Café/Restaurant open from 10am to 8pm - Monday to Sunday. The cafe serves freshly made pizza, sandwiches, salads, and a selection of street food.<br>Salary: £36,000 per annum<br>Shifts: 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)<br>Contract: Full Time, Permanent<br>About the Cafe Manager role:<br>To supervise, manage and motivate the team<br>To make sure that the operation runs smoothly<br>To ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard<br>To continuously work towards improving sales and service<br>Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring<br>Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained<br>The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills. xwzovoh <br>Additional Information Benugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees.
