Job Role: Business Development Manager<br><br>Considering applying for this job Do not delay, scroll down and make your application as soon as possible to avoid missing out.<br>- Renewable Energy £45,000 Basic Salary | Training | Career Development | Bonus Scheme Company Car Allowance<br>- Bonus / Commission Scheme OTE<br>- £65,000 Monday<br>- Friday<br>- 9AM<br>- 5PM We have partnered with a leading organisation in the recycling, waste and renewable energy sector, who due to continued growth are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive.<br><br>This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career in business development and commercial delivery within renewable energy industries.<br><br>The role involves managing client relationships, developing new opportunities, and supporting projects across the UK.<br><br>The main responsibilities of the Business Development Coordinator will include: Support and lead elements of business development and commercial delivery for renewable energy projects.<br><br>Manage assigned customers, opportunities, and projects, ensuring strong relationships and commercial performance.<br><br>Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical specifications to clients.<br><br>Work with internal teams including operations, finance, legal, and technical to ensure smooth project delivery.<br><br>Maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate reporting on performance and opportunity progression.<br><br>Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.<br><br>Support contract reviews and ensure all business transactions are correctly prepared and approved.<br><br>Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance across all activities.<br><br>Maintain continuous professional development and contribute to ongoing process improvement.<br><br>Business Development Manager Requirements: Proven experience in business development, commercial, or project management roles ideally within renewable energy, recycling or waste sectors.<br><br>Other transferable backgrounds<br>- food processing and manufacturing Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.<br><br>Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex procurement processes.<br><br>Excellent organisation and attention to detail.<br><br>Confident with MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with CRM systems is desirable. xwzovoh <br><br>Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.<br><br>If you are interested in this Business Development Manager vacancy, please submit an up-to-date CV through this advert
