Business Development Manager - Medical Pressure Care

<p>My client is a growing supplier of <strong>pressure care equipment</strong> sold to Hospitals (<strong>NHS and Private</strong>), out-reach clinics and Community settings including loan stores.</p><p><br><br>Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.<br></p><p>Due to continued growth we are now looking for a energetic <strong>business develope</strong>r to work across the <strong>Midlands of England</strong>, building and developing NEW and existing turnover.</p><p><br></p><p>Ideally, experience in <strong>medical pressure care sales / moving and handling / Woundcare</strong> is required as is a <strong>new</strong> business hunter mentality plus previous interface with hospital and community product sales.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Find and develop business opportunities within hospitals and community settings</li><li>Build <strong>new</strong> and existing opportunities and log within CRM</li><li>Promote and sell <strong>new products</strong> to existing and new customers.</li><li>Convert competitor users to our products.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The ideal person</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in medical pressure care mattresses and or cushions or Wound-care.</li><li>A business winner mentality who will push beyond the norm. xwzovoh </li><li>Happy being “on the road”</li><li>Organised and capable of building a solid account plan.</li><li>Solid IT skills including CRM.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Rewards</strong></p><ul><li>£50k to £55k pa</li><li>Car allowance of £7800 pa</li><li>Bonus of 20%</li><li>25 days annual leave plus stats</li><li>Private Health</li><li>Pension (5% employer)</li></ul>
