In this field-based role, you will be a key driver for increasing our market share across London. You will target a variety of sectors, including Local Authorities/Trusts, Education, Independent and Corporate businesses, and the Boutique fitness segment.</p><p>Your primary focus will be on lead generation, qualifying opportunities, and managing a robust pipeline to drive productivity. You will work closely with Senior Account Managers and the Sales Director to achieve strategic company objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities of the role:</strong></p><p><strong>Customer Engagement & Relationship Building</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the face of the company within your territory, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.</li><li>Identify and develop new customer relationships through proactive business development.</li><li>Evolve existing relationships through face-to-face meetings, industry events, and experience workshops.</li><li>Listen to customer challenges and negotiate innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs.</li><li>Interpret market data and identify trends to provide insight-led solutions to clients.</li></ul><p><strong>Sales Performance & Growth</strong></p><ul><li>Achieve annual sales targets and segment growth through commercially viable sales.</li><li>Meet weekly and monthly KPIs aligned with the broader business and company strategy.</li><li>Target specific accounts to increase market share while maintaining current partnerships.</li><li>Upsell products and services from our extensive portfolio to maximise account value.</li><li>Utilise CRM systems to accurately record, track, and manage all customer interactions.</li></ul><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Motivation:</strong> A results-driven individual with a natural ability to take initiative and drive results.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Exceptional communication skills with a consultative approach to sales and lead generation.</li><li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails while identifying needs and initiating next actions swiftly.</li><li><strong>Tenacious, personable and hungry: we can teach you our sales process but we are looking for the right person with these attributes to bring to the role</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p>Your recruiter for this role is <strong>Maddie Cummings, Recruitment Director</strong> at Love Recruitment and can be contacted simply by applying for this role below.
