You’ll play a central part in delivering growth through new care packages and service development.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role Will Involve</strong></p><ul><li>Developing and maintaining relationships with commissioners, ICBs, and key stakeholders</li><li>Leading on tender opportunities, including bid writing and submissions</li><li>Securing new care packages and driving hours growth</li><li>Identifying opportunities within local authorities and NHS services</li><li>Working collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to deliver effective care solutions</li><li>Consistently achieving and exceeding growth targets</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in business/service development within complex care or domiciliary care</li><li>Strong experience working with commissioners, local authorities, and NHS/ICB stakeholders</li><li>Proven track record of securing contracts and driving service growth</li><li>Experienced in tendering and bid writing processes</li><li>Commercially focused, results-driven, and confident managing a sales pipeline</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What’s on Offer</strong></p><ul><li>£60,000 – £70,000 salary (flexible depending on experience)</li><li>Bonus up to 50% of annual salary</li><li>Share scheme (approx. xwzovoh 0.25% equity with significant long-term value)</li><li>Private healthcare</li><li>Life assurance</li><li>Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Apply directly to be considered or email <strong> </strong> for more information.</p>
