<p>Job Description</p><br>You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.<br><p>Business Analyst</p><p>Hybrid – 2 days per week in Birmingham</p><p>Full-time | 37.5 hours per week</p><p>To £50,000 + benefits + bonus scheme</p><p>The Opportunity</p><p>We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Business Analyst to join a growing IT Projects team. This is a varied role where you’ll play a key part in delivering business-critical change, working across multiple projects and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.</p><p>You’ll be at the heart of transforming business needs into clear, actionable requirements, collaborating with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption of solutions.</p><p>What You’ll Be Doing</p><p>•Gather, analyse and document business requirements, challenging where needed to ensure clarity and completeness</p><p>•Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, facilitating workshops and training sessions</p><p>•Produce high-quality BA artefacts including process maps, user stories, use cases and test scenarios</p><p>•Act as the bridge between the business and third-party vendors to ensure aligned delivery</p><p>•Support the full project lifecycle from initial scoping through to go-live and hypercare</p><p>•Contribute to change management and help drive successful adoption of new solutions</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>•“As-is” and “to-be” process mapping</p><p>•Creating swimlane diagrams and wireframes</p><p>•Developing functional and non-functional requirements</p><p>•Supporting testing and validation of solutions</p><p>•Managing business readiness activities</p><p>•Collaborating with project managers and technical teams</p><p>What We’re Looking For</p><p>•Proven experience as a Business Analyst (minimum 2 years)</p><p>•Strong experience working in Agile environments</p><p>•Confident producing documentation such as user stories, UML diagrams and use cases</p><p>•Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels</p><p>•Experience working with third-party xwzovoh suppliers and across full project lifecycles</p><p>•Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of data and its impact on business processes</p><p>•Comfortable working independently and across multiple projects simultaneously</p><p>Desirable</p><p>•Experience in a fast-paced or growing organisation</p><p>•Exposure to complex system implementations or transformation projects</p><p>What You’ll Bring</p><p>•A proactive, can-do attitude</p><p>•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</p><p>•A collaborative approach and team mindset</p><p>•A genuine interest in continuous improvement and emerging technologies</p><p>Interested?
