ABOUT THE ROLE
The Northall Breakfast Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the breakfast service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. This role involves supervising the breakfast team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction throughout the breakfast period.
The Breakfast Supervisor will ensure that the service is seamless and that all operational and guest service standards are consistently met, while embodying our core values: supportive, connected, refined, caring, genuine, positive, focused, creative, and entrepreneurial.
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in a supervisory or similar role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment, ideally with experience in breakfast service.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, especially for breakfast offerings.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver excellent service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Experience in managing guest complaints and resolving issues with professionalism and tact.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
Good level of written and spoken English
Flexibility to work varied hours
Takes pride in own professional grooming
Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Pride and attention to detail in your work
Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
Food Hygiene or Health & Safety certification (preferably at level 2 or higher) is desirable.
Further qualifications in hospitality or food & beverage service (e.g., Hospitality Management or F&B Service certifications) are advantageous
Ongoing training or interest in industry trends would be beneficial
