We are recruiting a Breakfast Chef to join a beautiful luxury hotel in the heart of the Lake District, offering an excellent opportunity for a chef seeking fantastic work-life balance within a quality-driven kitchen.

As Breakfast Chef, you will take responsibility for preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast service, ensuring guests receive a fantastic start to their day.
This role would suit a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, or strong Commis Chef looking for daytime hours within a professional and supportive kitchen environment.
Duties:
Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes to order
Ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service
Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency
Assist with kitchen preparation for later services where required
Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
Work closely with the wider kitchen brigade
You will be organised, reliable, and passionate about fresh food, with the ability to work efficiently during busy breakfast service periods.
