<p>Job Description</p><br>Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.<br><p>Breakfast and After School Club Manager</p><p>Location: Hunters Bar Infants & Junior Primary School S11 8ZG</p><p>Starting: ASAP</p><p>You will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check</p><p>Working hours: 22.5 hours per week</p><p>Monday - Friday 7:30am - 9am and 3pm - 6pm</p><p>Job Description</p><p>We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Manager who can lead and provide a range of play-based activities for children aged 3 to 11 years old in our breakfast and afterschool club.</p><p>As a Breakfast and afterschool club Manager we are looking for someone who has management experience or a supervisor ready to take their next step in their leadership.</p><p>Accountabilities</p><ul><li>Ensure all planning is up to date and supports the children interests</li><li>Liaise with parents daily</li><li>Deal with parent’s complaints prompting and follow the correct procedures</li><li>Ensure that planning is in place for the week ahead</li><li>Ensure all equipment is kept tidy and safe</li><li>Promote the club positively at all times</li><li>Work under own initiative and find solutions for local problems</li><li>Understanding the role of designated health and safety officer</li><li>All notice boards up to date</li><li>Ensure that whilst in the Club children have access to appropriate activities to support their physical, emotional, social and intellectual development giving consideration to families’ ethnic, cultural and linguistic backgrounds, ensuring that the School Club’s Equal opportunities Policy is adhered to</li><li>The ability to manage difficult children</li><li>To build links and work in partnership with parents, carers and professionals to promote the well-being of the children</li></ul><p>We offer an employer pension contribution scheme and a pro-rata annual leave entitlement of 28 days (full time) plus bank holidays, in addition to company incentives.</p><p>We are committed to Safeguarding Children therefore you will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check. xwzovoh </p><p>The Lime Trees is a family-first business, our aims are simple: we support the community and families in it to make sure we're contributing at all levels, while giving children a brilliant platform on which to build their education.</p>
