<p><strong>BPO/BPM - Sales Director / Vice President – New Logo Acquisition ( BFSI & Hi-Tech)</strong></p><p><strong>London UK</strong></p><p><strong>Full Time position</strong></p><p><br><br>Apply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.<br></p><p>Inviting applications for the role of <strong>Sales Director – Vice President </strong></p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for growing our business by pursuing new clients and managing the entire pursuit process from lead generation to contract signature.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>To three expectations for this role:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Being a new logo hunter, <u>all through.</u></strong></li><li><strong>Have expertise in how BPO / BPM engagements work, end to end.</strong></li><li><strong>Expertise in securing new logos for engagements related to BPO / BPM, across multiple domains, more so in BFSI and Hi-Tech.</strong></li><li><strong>Proven success in “securing delas” prior to being scoped as RFI / RFP.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Deal Origination: Responsible for growing our business with new clients across various industries.</li><li>Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to shape business development strategies and approaches.</li><li>Maintains a consistent pipeline of opportunities that aligns to the organization's strategic focus.</li><li>Proposal Development: Collaborate with Business Units, Data-Tech-AI Function and Commercial/ Pricing teams to craft compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients.</li><li>Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Close deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.</li><li>Sales Management: Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including pipeline updates, client interactions, and sales performance metrics. Provide regular reports to senior management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications we seek in you.</strong></p><p>Minimum Qualifications / Skills</p><p>• Based in the US, UK, or EU and open to relocating to these regions</p><p>• Exposure to client facing engagements and building and growing relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders</p><p>• Understanding of the services landscape focused on Finance & Accounting or Supply chain or financial services, including market trends.</p><p>• Proficiency and familiarity/ application of technology tools, platforms, and systems and understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts, applications, and technologies relevant to the individual's industry and domain.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications / Skills </strong></p><p>• <strong>Prior experience in sales and/or consulting at Genpact (part of Flying formation of deal pursuits)</strong></p><p>• Sales and CRM technology understanding: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital tools used in sales management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Personal Attributes </strong></p><p>• Hunger, passion & drive to build a career in sales.
