Job Title: BMS Service Engineer Location: London & Southeast Salary: £40,000<br><br>Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.<br>- £48,000 Car Allowance, Life Insurance, 26 days Holiday, Health Insurance, Training and Progression, Matched Pension more About the Role As a BMS Service Engineer, you'll represent the company on-site, providing expert support for Building Management Systems (BMS).<br><br>Your role will focus on maintaining system efficiency, delivering energy-saving solutions, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.<br><br>Key Responsibilities Conduct routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and carry out emergency repairs on BMS systems.<br><br>Deliver excellent customer service, taking ownership of issues and ensuring clear communication throughout.<br><br>Advise clients on energy-saving strategies to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.<br><br>Complete and submit accurate and timely service reports and documentation.<br><br>Identify further service opportunities, prepare field quotes, and report potential leads to the sales team.<br><br>Work collaboratively with fellow engineers and service teams to resolve technical issues.<br><br>Ensure all tools, equipment, and procedures comply with safety and quality standards.<br><br>What We're Looking For Proven experience working with BMS Trend and/or Tridium.<br><br>Strong diagnostic and technical repair skills for control systems.<br><br>Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.<br><br>Awareness of health and safety practices with a high attention to detail.<br><br>A proactive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude. xwzovoh <br><br>Knowledge of energy management principles and sustainability practices.<br><br>Full UK driving licence and legal right to work in the UK.<br><br>If you are interested in this role, please apply with your CV or call Damien on SER-IN
