From relaxed daytime service through to evening cocktails, youll play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences at every touchpoint.<br>Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Bar & Lounge Manager<br>£36,000 to £39,000 per annum plus circa £11,000 service charge<br>Up to 10% yearly performance-related bonus<br>Live in accommodation available<br>Working 48 hours per week over 5 days<br>Private healthcare<br>Uniform allowance<br>Enhanced holiday allowance<br>Responsibilities as the Bar & Lounge Manager<br>Overseeing the day-to-day running of the bar and lounge, ensuring seamless, high-quality service<br>Leading, motivating, and developing your team to consistently deliver 5-star standards<br>Managing rotas in line with business levels while maintaining an efficient and well-supported team<br>Driving the bar offering forward, keeping up with trends and enhancing the overall guest experience<br>Maintaining exceptional standards across service, presentation, hygiene, and guest care, always going above and beyond<br>This role would suit an experienced Bar Manager or a strong Assistant Bar & Lounge Manager ready to step up within a luxury environment where attention to detail and guest experience are everything. xwzovoh <br>PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK TO BE SUITABLE FOR THIS ROLE.
