<p>Location: London, UK</p><p>Industry: Natural & Lab-Grown Diamonds & Jewellery</p><p>Type: Full-time (No remote job)</p><p>Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (6-Figure Potential)</p><p><br><br>Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.<br></p><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>We are a fast-scaling diamond and fine jewellery company offering premium and flexible solutions across natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and fine jewellery.</p><p>Our clients include trade professionals, high-end retailers, and private buyers across the UK and internationally.</p><p>We operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and high-performing environment, and we are looking for ambitious sales professionals who want to grow with us long-term.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We are currently hiring two exceptional B2B Sales Executives to drive revenue growth and scale key accounts.</p><p>You will be responsible for managing and expanding your own portfolio, building strong client relationships, and closing profitable deals within the diamond and jewellery industry.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, proactive, target-oriented, and confident selling premium products.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>· </strong> Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B trade clients within the diamond and jewellery market</p><p>· Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, upselling, and account management</p><p>· Identify margin opportunities and negotiate effectively</p><p>· Build strong, long-term relationships with clients</p><p>· Develop new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts.</p><p>· Conduct regular client visits (in UK) and meetings to build relationships, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen existing accounts</p><p>· Coordinate with internal teams including sourcing, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction</p><p> </p><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><p><strong>· </strong>Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (<strong>preferably within diamonds, jewellery</strong>)</p><p>· <strong>Strong closing xwzovoh and negotiation skills</strong></p><p>· Commercially minded and target-driven</p><p>· Proactive, organised, and responsive</p><p>· <strong>Excellent english communication and relationship-building abilities</strong></p><p>· Motivated to grow within a fast-paced and ambitious business</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Get</strong></p><p><strong>· </strong> Access to an existing B2B pipeline and warm leads</p><p>· Autonomy in managing your own portfolio and deals</p><p>· Uncapped commission with high earning potential (£100K+)</p><p>· Clear progression opportunities into senior roles</p><p>· A collaborative, ambitious, and growth-focused team environment</p><p><br></p>
