It is only when expertise, highly professional processes and enjoyment of work unite that we can shape the future together.</p><p>We are looking for a Powertrain, Chassis, and Electrical (EFA) quality specialist analysis engineer at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. This role involves planning product validation, conducting testing, analysing deviations, and effectively communicating findings. Additionally, you will lead the verification and validation of solutions.</p><p><strong>What Awaits You</strong></p><p>Development of a thorough understanding of Powertrain, Chassis and Electrical customer and system functions for all Rolls-Royce Motor Car products.</p><p>Participation in the product design "early phase” to ensure product properties meet the extremely high expectations of a Rolls-Royce customer.</p><p>Definition of validation requirements and the planning of prototype vehicles.</p><p>Selection of suitable validation tests and analysis methods for the evaluation testing and identification of potential deviations. Creation of individualised prototype test vehicle</p><p>checklists. Skill to evaluate prototype vehicles and manage test results.</p><p>Technical analysis of deviations working collaboratively with the complete vehicle development team</p><p>Management of solution verification in line with the project deadlines.</p><p>Systemic development of high-level test and analysis methods for customer and system functions.</p><p>Integration into a highly experienced team directly involved in the product quality of the world's most prestigious automotive products.</p><p><strong>What You Should Bring Along</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in the appropriate field or extensive relevant industrial experience.</p><p>Experience of automotive electrical and vehicle diagnostic systems (CAN, LIN).</p><p>Understanding and experience of customer focused validation testing.</p><p>Industrial problem-solving methods and techniques (Six Sigma, etc).</p><p>Confidence to attend and represent Goodwood in technical network and project rounds.</p><p>Ability and enthusiasm to work within cross-functional teams with pride and passion.</p><p>Thirst for knowledge and an interest in automotive technological advancements.</p><p>Strong time management skills.</p><p>IT literate. xwzovoh </p><p>Flexibility to business requirements.</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Competitive hourly rate with annual performance-related bonus</p><p>Access to a subsidised restaurant</p><p>Hays Go1 training platform with over 70,000 courses</p><p>Access to Ben support services (mental health, legal and financial wellbeing)</p><p>Local retail and restaurant discounts</p><p>35 days annual leave (including bank holidays)</p>
