Your role will involve:</p><ul><li>Providing one-to-one or small-group support</li><li>Helping children understand routines, transitions, and classroom expectations</li><li>Using strategies that support communication, sensory needs, and emotional regulation</li><li>Encouraging independence and positive social interactions</li><li>Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For</p><p>We welcome applicants who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
