OurclienthasanimmediaterequirementforanexperiencedAVTeamLeadertojointheirLondonteam.Thisisafantasticopportunityforahigh-calibreprofessionaltoplayapivotalrolewithinanestablishedoperation,withrealscopetoshape,develop,andcontinuouslyimprovetheserviceoffering.<br><br>If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.<br>KeyResponsibilities:<br>Primarypointofcontactonsiteforourclient.<br>Staffleadershipandmentorshiptotheonsiteteam/sandrota.<br>Providecomprehensivereportingtotheservicedeliveryandaccountmanager.<br>Providingaseniorleveloftechnicalsupportatthepointofescalation.<br>OperationalCoordinationbetweenteamsincludingthetechnicalhelpdesk,fieldservice,projectsteamsandclientliaison.<br>Toworkwithtechnicalteamstoprovideaccuratetechnicaladvicewhenrequired.<br>Tocarryoutdetailedregularroomchecks.<br>MeetingroomsupportforVIPs.<br>Coordinationofsoftware/firmwareupgrades.<br>ProvidetechnicalsupporttoAV/VCusers.<br>Supportingvideoconferencecallsincludingliaisingwithremoteofficesinrespecttothesetupandrunningofvideoconferencecalls(technologiesincludePrimeVideo/Intercall<br>o /BlueJeansandWebEx).<br>Toassist/managewithallads/moves/changes(smallworks)onsite.<br>Toensureanychangesareimplementedseamlesslyaspertheagreedrequirementandwithminimalimpactonthebusiness.<br>ToensureusersaretrainedintheoperationofAV/VCtechnologiesdeployedtosite.<br>Toidentifyandevaluategapsinhowtheclientusesthetechnologyandmakeappropriaterecommendationstotheclientforanyfuturechangesthatwouldprovidefurtherbenefits.<br>Tomonitorthequalityoftheservicesdeliveredviathetechnologydeployed.<br>Toundertakemanufacturertrainingcoursesasappropriatetoensureknowledgebaseismaintained.<br>Toensureallbreak-fixactivitiesarecarriedoutunderthecontractedtermsandwithintheagreedSLAs.<br>Toarrangeallpreventativemaintenanceactivitiesandproduceviahelpdesktheappropriatereportsdetailingworkscarriedoutandanykeyactivities/concernsthatmayrequirefurtherattendance/consideration.<br>Liaisewithandmanage3rdpartysuppliers.<br>Manageconsumablesandstockholdingofonsitespares.<br>Managemeet&greetserviceasrequiredtoassistallmeetingsthatrequireAV/VCtechniciansupport.<br>Managerotasandjuniortechnician.<br>ToensureallassociatedactivitiesthatcomprisetheAVservicearedeliveredseamlesslyandwithmaximumefficiency.<br>Tobeapointofescalationthroughtotheaccountmanager.<br>Toadviseandreportontheservicedeliverytotheaccountmanagerand/orclientsmanagementteam.<br>Toensureservicesaredeliveredinlinewithclientpolicies(CSR/environmental/security)andstrategies.<br>Desirableskills:<br>Excellentcommunicationsskills.<br>KnowledgeofcurrentAVandVCequipmentandsystems.<br>Practicalknowledgeofprojectdeployment.<br>Manufacturerstraining. xwzovoh <br>Relevanttechnicalaccreditations.
