This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional with a love for great food, refined service and great guest interactions.<br>The Role<br>As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key part in leading the day-to-day running of the restaurant. You will:<br>Ensure seamless, personalised service for every guest, maintaining Beaverbrooks high standards.<br>Oversee daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on organisation and attention to detail.<br>Lead, coach and develop the team from onboarding to ongoing training, menu knowledge, and health & safety compliance.<br>Support the department in achieving targets across sales, cost control, guest satisfaction, and service delivery.<br>Maintain accurate and timely payroll and T&A records, including absences and holidays.<br>Deliver clear daily briefings and ensure effective communication between shifts for smooth operations.<br>The Person<br>You are an inspiring, guest-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
