The successful candidate will work closely with the Restaurant Owners to ensure excellent customer service, smooth day-to-day operations, strong team performance, and high standards across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day management of restaurant operations
Lead and supervise front-of-house service during breakfast, lunch, and evening shifts
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
Support staff training, development, and performance management
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Assist with staff scheduling and rota management
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and health & safety compliance
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
Support opening and closing procedures
Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service
Working Hours This is a full-time position based on a 48-hour working week. xwzovoh
Typical schedule includes:
Breakfast and lunch shifts throughout the week and Sunday
Evening service shifts every Friday and Saturday
Regular days off: Monday and Tuesday
Flexibility is essential to meet business needs.
Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or restaurants
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy service environment
Passion for hospitality and customer service
Good understanding of restaurant operations and health & safety procedures
Personal licence or wine knowledge is advantageous but not essential
